Liquid ant bait stations attract common sweet-eating household ants and allow workers to carry the bait back to the colony. TERRO uses a ready-to-place liquid formula containing sodium tetraborate decahydrate, or borax, so both visible ants and ants in the nest receive the slow-acting bait over repeated visits.

Open the tab and set each compact station on a level indoor surface near observed ant activity, such as along baseboards, in corners, on counters, windowsills or beneath appliances. Remove competing crumbs, sugar and grease, then monitor stations without disturbing feeding ants. Replace a station when its bait is depleted. Activity may initially increase and usually declines within days, while complete control can take two to four weeks depending on infestation size. Choose twelve or eighteen stations.
