3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and other charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product-description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we will contact you and offer a correction or refund.
4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may cancel or refuse an order when:
- The product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- The shipping information is incomplete or inaccurate;
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized;
- An obvious pricing or product-information error occurred; or

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
True Goods Mall currently ships only within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing and dispatch, estimated delivery is 2–7 business days.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Additional details are available in our Shipping Policy.
6. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing an order. After that period, we cannot guarantee cancellation because fulfillment may already have started.
If an order has already shipped, it must be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Products must generally be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering mistake.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us promptly. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy at no additional cost.
Products clearly identified as “Final Sale” or clearance products cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This restriction does not remove any rights relating to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

You agree to provide complete and accurate contact, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing your shipping address before submitting an order.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment or may be deducted from an eligible refund.
