Embossing described as 15 percent thicker supports air removal and vacuum stability in compatible sealing machines. The BPA- and phthalate-free rolls can be washed, dried and resealed when suitable, and are listed for freezer, boiling, sous vide and microwave use. Always pierce or open a sealed bag before microwave heating so steam can vent.
