CMC Thumb Brace for Left or Right Hand - Comfort Cool

A CMC thumb brace provides targeted support around the thumb base while leaving enough movement for everyday gripping and grasping. Comfort Cool uses a patented thumb strap to stabilize the carpometacarpal joint and limit uncomfortable motion without fully immobilizing the hand. Ultra-thin 2 mm neoprene keeps the profile light, and a soft terry-cloth lining sits against the skin for extended day or night wear.

Right- and left-hand models are sold separately in black or beige. Size options include small, medium, large and extra large, plus small-plus, medium-plus and large-plus fits for swollen or enlarged thumbs and measurements between standard sizes. Use the size chart and measure the correct hand before ordering; the documented NC79564 is a black, left-hand medium. The material is described as breathable and odor resistant. Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry. Adjust the strap for stable support without cutting off circulation, and remove the brace if numbness, tingling, swelling, skin irritation or increased pain develops. Follow a clinician’s instructions for post-surgical use, dislocation or other diagnosed injuries.
