Plastic Welder Kit with 100W Hot Stapler M8 Cutting Tip 800 Staples and 38 Rods – Allturn PWG-100

A plastic welder kit combines hot-staple reinforcement, smoothing and cutting accessories for repairing compatible thermoplastic bumpers, bins, tanks and interior panels. Allturn PWG-100 is a 100-watt 110-volt tool supplied with 800 staples, 38 welding rods, an M8 hot cutting tip, two M6 smoothing tips and a knife in a tool bag.

Staples reach working heat in one to two seconds, while the smoothing head reaches its listed temperature in about five seconds. Use the M6 and M8 accessory tips for no more than five continuous minutes, then allow cooling. Internal overheat protection stops operation until temperature drops, and the power cord is UL certified. Select Yellow, Red, Black or Blue and practice on matching scrap plastic before repair.
